About ​SWamp yankee GALLERY

​Swamp Yankee Gallery (SYG) is a home gallery in Tallahassee, Florida on Cascade Lake (the swamp) run by artist & New York - native April Christiana Cluess (cluessa). SYG provides a space for artists at all stages of their career to share work without the clinical feel of a white wall gallery -- all the while celebrating Tallahassee's unique landscape.

Exhibitions serve as pop-up events paired with musical performances, film screenings, readings, artist talks, etc. SYG aims to highlight the diversity of performance, music, and film.
